Charlotte Davies, RMT, BSc (Hons)

Charlotte is a graduate of ICT Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy. She also holds an honours degree in Biological sciences.

Charlotte utilizes her background in science and movement in her massage practice. Her expertise lies in identifying myofascial causes of pain and developing personalized treatment plans to help alleviate discomfort and restore function. She is especially well-versed in working with clients who have persistent shoulder or low back pain.

Charlotte's massage therapy style is characterized by slow, deep, specific tissue manipulation that prioritizes the greatest therapeutic benefit while still allowing for relaxation of the nervous system. With her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, Charlotte is able to target very specific areas of the body that area causing pain or limiting range of motion.

Charlotte is passionate about empowering her clients by providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their health. She is committed to helping her clients maintain or resume meaningful activities- whether that’s playing a particular sport, training in a gym or just feeling their best in daily activities.

Skya Raven, RMT

Skya is a graduate of ICT Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy, and is excited to begin offering  massage therapy in the gym where she has been a member for two years.

She believes in the benefits of massage therapy as an integral part of a holistic approach to health and well-being. By using fluid and rhythmic techniques of Swedish massage, Skya assists the body in slowing down and letting go of the fast-paced city vibe - making way for deeper relaxation and restoration. Skya is able to work with clients with multiple needs, and helps to develop individualised care routines to promote long term physical health.

Being born and bred in West-End Toronto, Skya fully enjoys the Junction community and all that it has to offer. When she is not in her role as massage therapist, she can be found using the gym for her own personal well-being, or riding her bike in all seasons across the city. Skya’s keen interest in muscle movement and strength training guide her approach to sports injury care, physical health and stress relief within her practice.
