When you book an appointment online, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, address, phone number and payment details in order to reserve your appointment. Your payment will not be charged until the completion of your treatment, or under the conditions below.

Your appointment time is then reserved just for you! We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. When you make a last minute cancellation or miss your appointment, it takes up a spot that could have been booked by another client who needs it, and leaves a gap in your therapist’s schedule. Within that 24 hour our window, we are committing to seeing you, and we expect our clients to commit to paying for that time.

Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, or no-show their appointment, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to of the cost of the treatment that was booked.
